Why we started
Escavox began with a simple frustration: the fresh produce industry was awash with cold chain data, yet quality was still being lost, and no one could say exactly where, why, or who was accountable. Our founders had lived that problem from both sides of the supply chain, in supermarket supply chain technology and in fresh food production. They set out to build the missing layer, intelligence that turns the journey of every shipment into a decision.
That mission hasn't changed: protect shelf life, cut waste, and give everyone who moves fresh produce a single, trusted source of truth.
